I guess this place is good if it's not rush hour. They are very active and fast with rice refills. A few months ago they're so slow with it. I'm glad they improved. It's a bit loud in the weekends tho, naa performer.

This was my first time eating at a Ribs Ribshack and it was an amazing experience. The quality of the food and service were exceptional. I'll definitely come back. It's located on the 7th floor food court in Metro. The best part was the unlimited rice brought to you by a very nice gentleman who was kind and very generous with each scoop, made the whole experience worth it.

It was my first Ribshack and I definitely enjoyed my stay and experience. I spent P300 and it was worth it. I'm considering trying the other branch for a different ambiance or vibe to look forward to.

Ribshack at Ayala Center Cebu serves good food and is a nice spot to enjoy a meal. During our visit, the rice service was not very attentive, but the overall experience was still enjoyable for dining with friends or family.

Staff was so kind, we're a group of students and just kind of happened to eat here after practice. Although some of us lang were the ones who actually ordered, kuya noticed one of us eating puso and chicken with plastic bag, he noticed and came back with a plate and utensils hehe. They just let us eat and sit knowing some of us lang ordered:))).
